摘　　要：目的探究音乐疗法对晚期癌症患者癌性疼痛及心理的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月厦门大学附属中山医院收治的40例晚期癌症患者作为对照组,给予常规干预;2022年7月至2023年12月收治的40例晚期癌症患者作为试验组,在对照组基础上给予音乐疗法。比较两组干预前后的患者疼痛情况[数字疼痛强度量表(NRS)]、心理状态[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]与生命质量[癌症患者生命质量测定量表(FACT)]。结果干预前,两组患者的NRS、SDS、SAS、PSQI、FACT评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组的NRS、SDS、SAS、PSQI评分低于对照组,FACT评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在晚期癌症患者中应用音乐疗法可改善其疼痛程度、焦虑与抑郁情绪,提高其睡眠质量与生命质量,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of music therapy on cancer pain and psychology in patients with advanced cancer.Methods From January 2021 to June 2022,40 patients with advanced cancer in Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University were taken as the control group and given routine care.From July 2022 to December 2023,40 patients with advanced cancer were taken as the experimental group and given music therapy on the basis of the control group.The pain status(numerical rating scale[NRS]),psychological status(self-rating depression scale[SDS],self-rating anxiety scale[SAS]),sleep quality(Pittsburgh sleep quality index[PSQI])and quality of life(functional assessment of cancer therapy[FACT])were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in NRS,SDS,SAS,PSQI and FACT scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of NRS,SDS,SAS and PSQI in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the FACT scores were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of music therapy in patients with advanced cancer can improve their pain,anxiety and depression,and improve their sleep quality and quality of life,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
