摘 要:为了解决电网供应商绩效评价中存在的供应商绩效评价准确率低的问题,提出一种基于威尔逊算法的电网供应商绩效评价方法。通过数据中台获取电网供应商的基础数据,并进行数据清洗。通过近邻传播聚类,建立电网供应商绩效评估指标,并调整权重。在此基础上,采用威尔逊算法实现了模型平均与专家库修正的电网供应商绩效评估,并在某省电力公司物资分公司进行应用。其绩效评估准确率为93%。所提方法能有效提高电网供应商绩效评估准确性,提升电网供应商管理水平。In order to solve the problem of low accuracy of supplier performance evaluation in power grid supplier performance evaluation,a performance evaluation method of power grid supplier based on Wilson algorithm is proposed.The basic data of the power grid supplier are obtained through the data center,and then the data are cleaned.A performance evaluation index system of power grid supplier is established and the weights are adjusted through the affinity propagation clustering.On this basis,Wilson algorithm is used to realize the performance evaluation of power grid suppliers with model average and expert database modification.It is applied in the material branch of a provincial power company.The accuracy rate of performance evaluation is 93%.The proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy of performance evaluation of power grid suppliers and improve the management level of power grid suppliers.
