摘 要:该文针对高校男子110米跨栏运动员的专项技术训练进行了系统研究,旨在优化其训练方法与提升竞技水平。研究深入剖析了起跑加速、栏间跑、攻栏技术和终点冲刺这4个关键技术环节,并探讨了基础体能强化、专项技术精进以及心理素质提升这三大训练方法的科学选择与实施策略。研究结果表明,实现110米跨栏专项技术训练的关键路径包括:制订阶段性训练计划、科学控制训练强度负荷,以及有效监控训练效果。这些路径为高校跨栏运动员提供了系统且科学的训练方法指导。This paper systematically studies the special technical training of men's 110m hurdler in colleges and universities,aiming at optimizing the training methods and improving the competitive level.Through analysis of four key technical links including starting acceleration,hurdle running,hurdle attack and finish sprint,this research proposes scientifically validated strategies for three training domains:foundational strength development,technical refinement,and psychological resilience enhancement.Findings show that the key path to realize the special technical training of 110m hurdling is to make a phased training plan,scientifically control the training intensity load and effectively monitor the training effect feedback,which provides a systematic and scientific training method for hurdling athletes in universities.
