摘　　要：攻守转换作为篮球比赛中的核心战术之一,对比赛节奏的控制、战术执行的高效性以及运动员综合能力的提升具有重要作用。随着篮球教学要求的不断提升,如何有效培养学生的攻守转换意识,成为当前篮球教学领域亟待解决的问题。该文深入剖析了攻守转换意识在篮球中的重要性,探讨了影响学生该意识形成的因素,如场上动态感知、策略思维、即兴应变及形势评估等,并在此基础上提出了针对性的培养策略与实践路径。旨在通过科学的训练与教学,帮助学生树立正确的攻守转换观念,强化其在比赛中的灵活应变与战术执行能力。该文旨在为篮球教学提供系统的理论依据,同时为教师制订训练计划及教学实践探索提供明确的指导方向。通过实施有效的培养策略,可以满足当前学生对于篮球运动技能提升的需求,促进篮球教学质量的整体提高,为培养更多优秀的篮球运动员奠定坚实基础。As one of the core tactics in the basketball game,the offensive and defensive transition plays an important role in the control of the rhythm of the game,the efficiency of the tactical execution and the improvement of the comprehensive ability of the players.With the continuous improvement of basketball teaching requirements,developing students'transition awareness has become an urgent problem in the field of basketball teaching.This paper deeply analyzes the importance of offensive and defensive switching consciousness in basketball,and discusses the factors that affect the formation of students'consciousness,such as dynamic perception on the court,strategic thinking,improvisation and situation assessment.The study proposes evidence-based training strategies to cultivate proper transition concepts through systematic drills and varied instructional approaches.These methods enhance players'in-game adaptability and tactical proficiency.This study not only provides a systematic theoretical basis for basketball teaching,but also provides a clear direction for teachers to formulate training plans and explore teaching practice.Through the implementation of effective training strategies,it can meet the needs of current students for the improvement of basketball skills,promote the overall improvement of basketball teaching quality,and lay a solid foundation for training more excellent basketball players.
