摘　　要：随着“健康中国2030”规划等政策的推行,学校体育与健康的融合发展获得了显著深化,其核心在于提升学生身心健康,并据此拓展了体育课程的内涵。该研究从政策推动逻辑、教育与健康一体化的内在需求、课程融合可行性3个维度,深入剖析了学校体育与健康融合的理论依据,并在此基础上提出了优化路径。具体路径涵盖以下方面:一是教育资源整合与课程优化,促进多学科教学的有机融合,并强化校内外资源的有效整合;二是建立健康素养提升的长效机制,积极推广多样化的体育活动;三是构建健康的校园文化,完善相关支持体系。这些策略有利于在校园内外营造出支持学生健康发展的良好环境,为其长期健康素养的提升奠定坚实基础。With the implementation of policies such as the"Healthy China 2030"plan,the integration of school physical education and health development has been significantly deepened.It takes the improvement of students'physical and mental health as the core,expands the connotation of physical education curriculum accordingly.This study deeply analyzes the logical basis of the integration of school physical education and health from three aspects:the logic of policy promotion,the internal needs of the integration of education and health,and the feasibility of curriculum integration,and proposes the optimization path on this basis.The specific paths include the following aspects:firstly,it integrates educational resources and optimizes curriculum,promotes the organic integration of multidisciplinary teaching and strengthens the effective integration of resources inside and outside the school;Secondly,it establishes a long-term mechanism for health literacy improvement,the promotion of diversified sports activities;The third is to build a healthy campus culture and improve the relevant support system.These strategies are conducive to creating a favorable environment to support the healthy development of students on and off campus and laying a solid foundation for their long-term improvement in health literacy.
