遵循教育教学规律推动高校课程思政有效提升

摘  要:高校专业课与思政课应当同向同行、同频共振、协同育人、协力育才。课程思政必须紧扣育人目标,准确定位,锻造过硬“育人”工具,推进“思政之盐溶于教育之汤、德融于课程”,使育人效果达到一定深度。但是目前高校课程思政存在育人目标不明确,教学内容拼盘化;教学方式和评价标准单一,教学资源短缺;教师课程思政意识淡薄,教学能力偏弱;教育教学重知识传授,轻能力和思维培养,学生参与度低等问题。在课程思政视域下,针对课程思政教学范式改革与实践情况,该文提出在价值塑造、知识传授和能力培养“三位一体”基础上,凝练“四向一混”教学范式,健全“项目驱动”机制,探讨富有专业特色教学方法,取得较好实践和理论成果,有效促进人才培养和办学目标实现,更好为党育人为国育才。Professional courses and ideological and political courses in universities should go in the same direction,resonate with each other,collaborate in educating people,and work together to cultivate talents.The ideological and political education curriculum must closely adhere to the educational goals,accurately position itself,forge solid"educational"tools,promote the integration of moral curriculum and salt in soup,and achieve a certain depth of educational effectiveness.However,at present,there are unclear educational goals and a variety of teaching contents in the ideological and political courses of universities;The teaching methods and evaluation criteria are single,and there is a shortage of teaching resources;Teachers have weak ideological and political awareness in their curriculum,and their teaching ability is relatively weak;Education and teaching focus more on imparting knowledge than cultivating abilities and thinking,resulting in low student participation.From the perspective of ideological and political education in the curriculum,this article proposes the reform and practice of the teaching paradigm of ideological and political education in the curriculum.Based on the"trinity"of value shaping,knowledge imparting,and ability cultivation,the article condenses the"four directions and one mix"teaching paradigm,improves the"project driven"mechanism,explores teaching methods with professional characteristics,achieves good practical and theoretical results,effectively promotes talent cultivation and the achievement of educational goals,and better cultivates talents for the Party and the country.
