摘 要:多个线激光传感器组合测量被广泛应用于工业现场的产品几何尺寸检测过程中,以梯形钢丝为研究对象,提出了一种基于多个线激光传感器尺寸测量系统的角度误差补偿方法。利用坐标系投影原理和空间几何关系,分析了由线激光传感器的安装误差导致的坐标轴夹角α、β与工件尺寸测量坐标值x、y之间的数学关系,建立了基于α、β的坐标值误差补偿模型。利用标准件尺寸值对传感器安装角度误差进行计算,同时完成传感器的标定。通过仿真实验验证了该方法的实用性,并对测量精度、标定精度对α、β计算的影响进行分析,为梯形钢丝最佳的测量系统方案设计打下了基础。The combination measurement of multiple line laser sensors is widely used in the measuring process of the product qual⁃ity in the industrial site.It will study the effect of angle setting errors of line laser sensors on the measurement results of trapezoi⁃dal steel wire,and propose the compensation method.Based on the principle of coordinate system projection and spatial geome⁃try,this paper will analyze the mathematical relationship between the included Angleαandβof coordinate axis caused by the set⁃ting error of line laser sensor and the coordinate value x and y of workpiece size measurement,and the coordinate value error com⁃pensation model will be established.The setting Angle error of the sensor will be calculated by the size of the standard parts,and the calibration of the sensor will be completed.The practicability of this method is verified by simulation experiments,and the in⁃fluence of measurement accuracy and calibration accuracy onαandβcalculation is analyzed,which lays a foundation for the optimal design of trapezoidal steel wire measurement system.
