摘 要:为了改善矿用自卸车的行驶平顺性,设计出一种两级压力式阻尼连续可调半主动油气悬架。在分析悬架系统的结构与工作原理的基础上,采用基于遗传算法优化的模糊PID控制对油气悬架阻尼进行调节,以车身垂向加速度、悬架动行程作为评价指标,在MATLAB/Simulink环境下进行仿真,并进行了基于dSPACE的半主动油气悬架在环仿真实验。结果表明,基于遗传算法优化的模糊PID控制下车身垂向加速度、悬架动行程均方根与被动悬架相比分别下降了22.16%、13.00%,明显提高了矿用自卸车的行驶平顺性。To improve the ride comfort of mining dump truck,a two-stage pressure semi-active hydro pneumatic suspension with continuously adjustable damping is designed.On the basis of analyzing the structure and working principle of the suspension sys⁃tem,the body’s vertical acceleration and the suspension’s dynamic stroke used as the evaluation indexes,fuzzy PID control based on genetic algorithm is used to adjust the damping of hydro pneumatic suspension,the ride comfort simulation is carried out in MATLAB/Simulink environment,and in-loop simulation experiment on semi-active hydro-pneumatic suspension based on dSPACE is conducted.The results show that,compared with the passive suspension,the root mean squares of body’s vertical ac⁃celeration and suspension’s dynamic stroke are reduced by 22.16%and 13.00%respectively under the fuzzy PID control based on genetic algorithm,which effectively improves the ride comfort of the mining dump truck.
