摘 要:在前期的过盈配合部件拆解和服役研究中,发现在配合界面上添加激光凹坑织构,可显著降低拆解损伤、增大配合界面的静摩擦因数,有利于配合件的再制造重复使用。但引入织构的过盈配合界面的微观轮廓形貌与表层材料性能均发生了变化,会进而影响配合部件的服役性能。由拉伸性能测试结果可知,织构试样的拉伸强度与无织构试样非常接近,但前者的伸长率较后者有12.8%的降低。由周期载荷微动疲劳试验,发现织构化界面表层材料的微动疲劳脱落程度弱于无织构界面,且织构图案周围材料的显微硬度较无织构区域有17.1%的提升,由此增强了配合界面的耐微动疲劳特性。In the previous studies on disassembly and service of interference fit components,it was found that the addition of laser pit texture on the fit interface can significantly reduce the disassembly damage and increase the static friction factor of the fit inter⁃face,which is beneficial to the remanufacturing and reuse of the fit components.However,the microstructure and surface materi⁃al properties of the interference fit interface with texture have changed,which will further affect the service performance of the fit components.The tensile test results show that the tensile strength of the textured sample is very close to that of the non-textured sample,but the elongation of the former is 12.8%lower than that of the latter.From the cyclic loading fretting fatigue test,it was found that the fretting fatigue shedding degree of the surface material at the textured interface was weaker than that at the non-textured interface,and the microhardness of the material around the textured pattern was 17.1%higher than that in the non-textured region,which enhanced the fretting fatigue resistance of the matching interface.
