摘 要:针对信息中心机房中每个机柜工作负载的不同,机柜设备最大温差可达到25℃,使得冷通道传输的冷风量必须满足最大温度负载,导致日常能源消耗过大造成资源浪费,故使用一种通风地板调节送风量对整体变化不均匀的温度场进行控制。针对具有滞后性的机房房间系统,采用模糊逻辑控制规则的自适应算法对传统的PID控制器进行优化,实现对通风地板风量调节的自适应控制。使用Simulink作为仿真平台,搭建了机房温度控制系统,仿真结果显示模糊自适应PID控制相较于传统PID控制效果提升了40%,自适应、鲁棒性能良好。利用信息中心机房作为实验地,在每个机柜中安装RS-WS-N01-8型温湿度传感器,通过Modbus-RTU通信协议进行数据采集,利用工业OPC技术实现与Matlab进行数据交互。实验结果证明利用模糊自适应控制算法使得房间内温度变化相对均匀,冷风量消耗率减小36%左右,减小了风量输入,达到了节能的目的。According to the different working load of each cabinet in the information center machine room,the maximum temper⁃ature difference of cabinet equipment can reach 25℃,so that the cold air volume transmitted by the cold channel must meet the maximum temperature load,resulting in excessive daily energy consumption and causing waste of resources.Therefore,a ventila⁃tion floor is used to adjust the air supply volume to control the temperature field with uneven overall change.For the machine room system with hysteresis,the adaptive algorithm of fuzzy logic control rules is used to optimize the traditional PID controller to real⁃ize the adaptive control of ventilation floor air volume regulation.Using Simulink as the simulation platform,the computer room temperature control system is built.The simulation results show that the effect of fuzzy adaptive PID control is improved by 40%compared with the traditional PID control,and the adaptive and robust performance is good.Using the information center room as the experimental site,install RS-WS-N01-8 temperature and humidity sensor in each cabinet,collect data through Modbus-RTU communication protocol,and realize data interaction with matlab by using industrial OPC technology.The experimental re⁃sults show that the fuzzy adaptive control algorithm makes the temperature change in the room relatively uniform,reduces the con⁃sumption rate of cold air by about 36%,reduces the air input,and achieves the purpose of energy saving.
