摘  要:国内八边封制袋机侧风琴设备的切刀机构在运动过程中速度慢、噪声大、振动强。因此,设计一种高速、低噪声、低振动的八边封制袋机切刀机构具有很大的实用性。通过分析薄膜切断过程中切刀的运动规律。根据偏心轮滑块机构的运动特点,设计八边封制袋机切刀机构。应用SolidWorks建立三维模型,通过ANSYS对机构中重要的零部件进行静力学仿真分析,验证其结构强度;并在Adams中进行动力学仿真,对切刀的位移、速度、加速度进行分析。保证设计偏心轮滑块切刀机构的稳定性和可靠性。针对机构的静力学和动力学仿真分析可知,连杆的最大的变形量为0.42μm,满足设计要求。切刀在切断时以垂直于预制袋的位姿做高速往复运动,切断过程平稳,实现了预定目标。采用偏心轮滑块切刀机构能够很好地实现对薄膜高速平稳地切断。The cutting mechanism of the side organ equipment of the domestic eight-side sealing bag making machine has slow speed,high noise and strong vibration during the movement.Therefore,designing a high-speed,low-noise,low-vibration eight-side sealing bag-making machine cutter mechanism has great practicability.The movement law of the cutter during the film cutting process was analyzed.By applying the motion characteristics of the eccentric wheel slider mechanism,the Cutter Mechanism of Eight-side Sealing Bag-making Machine was designed.The three-dimensional model was bulided by Solid⁃Works,and static simulation analysis on important parts of the mechanism was performed in ANSYS,and simulated in Adams,the displacement,speed and acceleration of the cutter were analyzed,to verify its structural strength to ensure the stability and re⁃liability of the design of the eccentric slider mechanism.Through the statics and dynamic simulation analysis of the mechanism,it could be seen that the maximum deformation of the connecting rod is 0.42μm,which meets the design requirements.The cutter performs a high-speed reciprocating motion in a position perpendicular to the plastic film when cutting.The cutting process was smooth and the predetermined target requirements were achieved.The film cutting mechanism of the eccentric wheel slider can well realize the high-speed and smooth cutting of the plastic film.
