摘  要:为了探究影响偏心轴外圆磨床空间误差的关键因素,文中揭示出磨床几何误差与砂轮磨削轨迹之间的相互关系,提出了一种基于指数积(POE)旋量理论的磨削轨迹误差模型。首先,针对偏心轴跟随磨削原理建立运动学模型,获得磨削点的运动轨迹及其特性;然后,运用POE旋量理论建立基于机床几何误差的磨削轨迹误差模型;最后,采用试验方法进行有效地分析。结果表明:该方法能直观、有效地识别出影响加工精度的主要误差来源,为后续关键误差补偿提供一定的理论支撑,从而实现提高加工精度的目的。In this article,in order to explore the key factors affecting the geometric error of the eccentric shaft cylindrical grinding space,efforts are made to disclose the relationship between the geometric error and the wheel’s grinding path.Then,the model of the grinding path error is set up according to the Product of Exponentials(POE)screw theory.Firstly,the kinematic model is established according to the principle of the eccentric shaft’s follow grinding,and the grinding point’s motion trajectory and characteristics are obtained.In addition,with the help of the POE screw theory,the model of the grinding path error is constructed by means of the geometric error.Finally,the experimental method is used for effective analysis.The results show that thanks to this method,the main error sources that affect the accuracy in machining are identified intuitively and effectively,which provides theoretical basis for key error compensation in the future,so as to ensure a higher standard of accuracy in machining.
