摘 要:船舶机舱内各类动力机械存在着剧烈振动和大量噪声,根据振动和噪声能量的可利用性,采用压电、电磁学技术和理论声学等研究方法,设计了一套针对于船舶机舱振动和噪声能量收集利用的复合式发电装置。该装置由振动俘能模块、声音俘能模块和电路系统3部分组成。采用ANSYS,COMSOL等仿真软件对装置各部分进行设计与仿真分析,单个装置发电功率可达到0.48 W。根据仿真结果制作实物装置,验证了方案的可行性。若将此装置安装到大部分船舶机舱中,既能够减振降噪,又能够产生尤为可观的能量,从而提高船舶的远洋航行能力。Currently,there are violent vibration and a lot of noise in all kinds of power machinery in the marine engine room.In this article,according to the availability of vibration and noise energy,the piezoelectric technology,the electromagnetic technology,as well as the theoretical acoustics and other research methods are used to design a device of compound power generation for collection and utilization of vibration and noise energy in the marine engine room.The device is composed of the vibration energy capture module,the sound energy capture module and the circuit system.ANSYS,COMSOL and other simulation software are used to design and simulate each part of this device,and the single power reaches 0.48 W.According to the simulation results,the physical prototype is made to verify that this scheme is feasible.This device which is installed in most parts of the marine engine room not only reduces vibration and noise,but also generates considerable energy.As a result,the marine’s ocean navigation ability will be raised to a new level.
