摘  要:香榧采摘作业主要依靠人工进行,榧农缺乏有效的香榧采摘设备。针对其果实采摘现状及特点,研究采摘振动参数,确定采摘适宜方式,并通过采摘试验验证振动参数的正确性。对香榧树枝进行谐响应仿真分析,并结合香榧果实分离力参数测试试验结果,确定果实采摘振动参数,进而设计香榧采摘机机械结构,主要包括夹持机构和振动机构,制作样机并开展香榧采摘试验。At present,torreya-grandis picking is mainly carried out manually,and farmers suffer a lack of effective equipment.In this article,based on the current situation and characteristics of torreya-grandis picking,efforts are made to explore the torreya-grandis picking’s vibration parameters and determine the appropriate picking method;some pick tests are conducted to verify whether the vibration parameters are correct.The torreya-grandis branches are subject to the harmonic-response simulation and analysis.The parameters are measured,for example,the separation force exerted on the torreya grandis’fruit;on this basis,the picking’s vibration parameters are worked out.Then,the torreya-grandis picking machine’s mechanical structure is designed,which is mainly including the clamping mechanism and the vibration mechanism.Besides,a prototype is made to carry out the torreya-grandis picking test.
