摘 要:为充分锻炼人体上下肢,文中设计了一种前驱站立式椭圆机,采用解析法建立了椭圆机的运动方程,一方面获得脚踏板中心点J和扶手中心点S的轨迹,并据此确定各杆件最优长度;另一方面获得点J和点S的速度和加速度,并通过运动学仿真进行验证,从而确保椭圆机运动平稳;最后,对运动过程双脚站立时和上下椭圆机单脚站立时的受力情况进行静力学仿真,确保两种情况下满足强度要求。结果表明:点J和点S轨迹、速度和加速度解析值与仿真值吻合,验证了运动方程的准确性;当l_(1)=200 mm,l_(2)=800 mm,l_(3)=265 mm,l_(5)=65 mm,l_(8)=350 mm,l_(J)=360 mm和l_(S)=350 mm时,点J和点S轨迹最优,其速度和加速度波动也较小;两种情况下的最大应力均位于飞轮连接轴处,因此该轴直径须大于26 mm。In this article,in order to strengthen the human body’s the upper and lower limbs,a front-driven standing elliptical machine is designed.Furthermore,its motion equation is worked out with the help of the analytical method.On one hand,the trajectories of the pedal center point J and the armrest center point S are identified,and then the length of each bar is optimized.On the other hand,the velocity and the acceleration of the point J and the point S are obtained and verified by means of motion simulation,so as to ensure the elliptical machine’s motion stability.Finally,static simulation is carried out when the individual is standing on both feet in the process of motion and when the individual is standing on one foot getting up or down the elliptical machine,so as to ensure that the machine meets the strength requirement.The results show that the analytical value of the trajectory,the velocity and the acceleration of the point J and the point S is consistent with the simulation value,which verifies that the motion equation is correct.When l_(1)=200 mm,l_(2)=800 mm,l_(3)=265 mm,l_(5)=65 mm,l_(8)=350 mm,l_(J)=360 mm and l_(S)=350 mm,the trajectories of the point J and the point S are optimal,and the fluctuation of the velocity and the acceleration are small.And the maximum stress is found at the flywheel’s connecting shaft,with its the diameter no less than 26 mm.
