摘　　要：公立医院是我国医疗服务体系的主体,在全面推进健康中国建设中发挥着重要作用。长期以来,我国公立医院改革和高质量发展事业取得了长足进步,但不容否认的是,国际形势和国内需求的变化也对卫生健康事业发展提出了一系列新的挑战。为此,我们建议:强化规划刚性约束、健全考核监督机制;加快筹资机制改革、优化医保支付制度;提升专业管理水平、推进人事薪酬制度改革;规划地区医疗中心建设、完善分级诊疗体系;构建医教协同新体系、促进科卫融合和医工结合;推动产教融合、加大全科和重点专科人才培养。Public hospitals are the main body of China's medical service system and play an important role in comprehensively promoting the construction of a healthy China.For a long time,the cause of China's public hospi-tal reform and high-quality development has made great progress,but it is undeniable that the changes in the inter-national situation and domestic demands also put forward a series of problems to be solved.Therefore,we suggest that we need to strengthen the rigid constraints of planning and improve the assessment and supervision mechanism;We should accelerate the reform of financing mechanism and optimize the medical insurance payment system;we will improve the professional management level and promote the reform of personnel and salary system;We need plan the construction of regional medical centers,improve the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system and con-struct a new system of medical education coordination,promote the integration of science and health and the combi-nation of medical industry;We will promote the integration of production and education,and increase personnel training in general disciplines and key specialties.
