摘　　要：目的分析Y染色体性别决定区-盒转录因子9(SOX9)蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌(EOC)组织中表达,及其对患者预后的影响。方法选取2013年4月至2015年4月在黄石市中心医院行手术治疗的EOC患者92例,利用免疫组化法检测SOX9蛋白在组织中表达情况,术后随访,截止时间2021年4月30日,患者随访满60个月,记录患者从开始随访至死亡时间和生存情况,进行生存分析。结果EOC组织中SOX9蛋白阳性表达率为73.91%,高于癌旁组织的31.52%(χ^(2)=33.163,P<0.001);FIGO分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、高级别和淋巴结转移的EOC患者组织中SOX9蛋白阳性表达率较Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、低级别和无淋巴结转移患者明显升高(P<0.05);阴性组患者生存时间(45.13±3.74)个月,高于阳性组的(26.87±2.34)个月,且5年生存率(58.33%)高于阳性组(23.53%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.315,P=0.001);SOX9蛋白高表达是影响EOC患者生存期的独立风险因素(HR=2.042,P<0.05)。结论EOC患者组织中SOX9蛋白表达阳性,且阳性率随着恶性程度而升高,是患者预后的独立风险因素。【Objective】To analyze the SOX9 protein expression in epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC)tissue,and its impact on patient prognosis.【Methods】A total of 92 EOC patients who underwent surgical treatment in Huangshi Central Hospital from April 2013 to April 2015 were selected.The SOX9 protein expression in tissues was tested by immunohistochemistry.The deadline of postoperative follow-up was April 30,2021,the patients had been followed up for 60 months,the survival situation was recorded from the start of follow-up to the death of the patient,and the survival analysis was performed.【Results】The positive expression rate of SOX9 protein in EOC tissue was higher than the adjacent tissue(73.91%vs.31.52%,χ^(2)=33.163,P<0.001).Compared with stage Ⅰ to Ⅱ,low-grade and no lymph node metastasis,the positive expression rates of SOX9 protein in the tissues of FIGO stage Ⅲ to Ⅳ,high-grade and lymph node metastasis were significantly increased(P<0.05).The average survival time in the negative group was higher than that in the positive group(45.13±3.74 months vs.26.87±2.34 months),and the 5-year survival rate was 58.33%,which was higher than 23.53% in the positive group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.315,P=0.001).The expression of SOX9 protein was an independent risk factor affecting the survival of EOC patients(HR=2.042,P<0.05).【Conclusion】SOX9 protein is positive expressed in the tissues of EOC patients,and the positive rate increases with the degree of malignancy,and it is a factor affecting the patient's prognosis.
