鼓圈音乐治疗联合舍曲林对伴非自杀性自伤青少年抑郁症的干预效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究旨在评估鼓圈音乐治疗结合舍曲林对青少年抑郁症患者中出现非自杀性自伤(non-suicidal self-injury,NSSI)行为的干预效果。方法前瞻性选取2023年7月至12月赣州市第三人民医院收治的80例青少年抑郁症伴NSSI患者为研究对象,按随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,各40例。比较两组抑郁、焦虑、自伤行为、社会功能和临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率97.50%(39/40)高于对照组87.50%(35/40),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项(HAMD-17)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分均降低,且与对照组(14.89±1.87)分、(12.67±2.24)分比较,观察组(12.41±1.62)分、(10.31±1.89)分更低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后,两组渥太华自我伤害调查表(OSI)评分均降低,社会功能评定量表(SSPI)均升高,且与对照组(20.06±2.56)分、(24.64±5.06)分比较,观察组(14.64±3.08)分、(30.74±6.02)分更优,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论鼓圈音乐治疗联合舍曲林治疗伴NSSI青少年抑郁症患者,可显著提高疗效,有助于有效缓解青少年焦虑、抑郁症状和NSSI行为,保障青少年患者安全。Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of drum circle music therapy combined with sertraline on non-suicidal self-injury behavior in adolescents patients with depression.Methods A total of 80 adolescent depression patients with NSSI admitted to Ganzhou Third People's Hospital from July to December 2023 were prospectively selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 40 cases in each group.Depression,anxiety,self-injury behavior,social function and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),higher than that of the control group 87.50%(35/40),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,HAMD-17 and HAMA scores in both groups were decreased,and compared with the control group(14.89±1.87)scores and(12.67±2.24)scores,the observation group(12.41±1.62)scores and(10.31±1.89)scores were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 for all).After treatment,OSI score decreased and SSPI increased in both groups,and compared with the control group(20.06±2.56)score and(24.64±5.06)score,the observation group(14.64±3.08)score and(30.74±6.02)score was superior,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 for both).Conclusion Drum circle music therapy combined with sertraline in the treatment of adolescent depression with NSSI can significantly improve the efficacy,and help effectively alleviate adolescent anxiety,depression symptoms and NSSI behaviors,and ensure the safety of adolescent patients.
