摘　　要：目的 探讨蒲公英佩兰配伍治疗脾胃湿热证幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)阳性胃炎的有效性、安全性及临床价值。方法 回顾性收集2018年12月-2019年11月烟台市中医院、烟台市烟台山医院消化科收治的30例Hp阳性、诊断为浅表性胃炎、证型为脾胃湿热型的患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各15例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上联合蒲公英、佩兰代茶饮治疗。比较两组患者的临床症状中医证候评分及Hp根除率。结果 治疗后,研究组胃脘痛、胃胀痛、纳呆、胃灼热、口干口渴临床症状中医证候评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组各项临床症状中医证候评分治疗前后差值大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组Hp根除率为93.33%,高于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.60,P<0.05)。结论 对于脾胃湿热Hp阳性的慢性胃炎患者,应用蒲公英和佩兰,通过抑制Hp活性,有效治疗以脾胃湿热证为主的Hp阳性慢性胃炎,具有良好的治疗潜力、安全性及临床应用价值,为慢性胃炎的综合治疗提供参考。Objective To explore the efficacy,safety and clinical value of the combination of dandelion and Perrin in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive gastritis in spleen and stomach damp heat syndrome.Methods A total of 30 Hp positive patients diagnosed with superficial gastritis and with spleen and stomach damp heat syndrome admitted to the Digestive Department of Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yantai Yantaishan Hospital from December 2018 to November 2019 were collected retrospectively as the research subjects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 15 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the study group received combined treatment with dandelion and Perrin tea drinks on the basis of conventional treatment.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of clinical symptoms and Hp eradication rates between two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of clinical symptoms of epigastric pain,bloating pain,anorexia,heartburn,dry mouth and thirst in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in various traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of clinical symptoms before and after treatment in the study group were greater than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Hp eradication rate in the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than that in the control group with 40.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=9.60,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic gastritis with Hp positive spleen and stomach damp heat syndrome,the application of dandelion and Perrin could effectively treat Hp positive chronic gastritis mainly with spleen and stomach damp heat syndrome by inhibiting Hp activity,which had good therapeutic potential,safety and enormous clinical application value,in order to provide reference fo
