摘　　要：免疫球蛋白超家族成员分化簇147(CD147)位于染色体19p13.3,是一种由BASIGIN基因编码的高度糖基化的跨膜糖蛋白,在涉及肝炎、肝纤维化/硬化以及肝癌等的疾病进程中均发挥重要作用。CD147在肝炎中被检测到高表达,主要通过Akt/mTOR、IL-1β和IL-6等,促进炎症反应;在肝纤维化/硬化中,高表达CD147可促进糖酵解,进而支持肝星状细胞(HSC)活化;CD147在肝癌生长、侵袭转移和血管生成中具有推动作用,并与Warburg效应相关,从而影响癌症的进程和预后。CD147与肝脏疾病密切相关,有望成为新的治疗靶点和诊断标志物。本文主要综述CD147在肝脏疾病中的研究进展。Cluster of differentiation 147(CD147),a member of immunoglobulin superfamily,is located on chromosome 19p13.3.As a highly glycosylated transmembrane glycoprotein encoded by Gene BASIGIN,CD147 plays an important role in the progression of liver diseases such as hepatitis,liver fibrosis/cirrhosis,liver cancer,and so on.High expression of CD147 detected in hepatitis patients can mainly promote inflammatory response through signaling pathways like Akt/mTOR,interleukin-1β(IL-1β),and interleukin-6(IL-6),etc.In the tissues of liver fibrosis/cirrhosis,high expression of CD147 promotes the glycolysis,thereby supporting the activation of hepatic stellate cells(HSC).CD147 not only plays a promoting role in the growth,invasion,metastasis,and angiogenesis of liver cancer,but also is associated with Warburg effect.So it can affect the progression and prognosis of liver cancer.CD147 is closely related to liver disease and expected to become a novel therapeutic target and diagnostic biomarker for liver diseases.Therefore,this article mainly reviews the research progress of CD147 in liver diseases.
