血清miR-330-3p、miR-451水平联合检测对食管癌患者放疗效果的评估价值

摘　　要：目的探究血清微小RNA-330-3p(miR-330-3p)、微小RNA-451(miR-451)水平联合检测对食管癌患者放疗效果的评估价值。方法回顾性选取131例食管癌患者,根据放疗效果分为放疗有效组、放疗无效组,对比两组血清miR-330-3p、miR-451水平,分析血清miR-330-3p、miR-451水平与食管癌患者放疗效果的相关性及对食管癌患者放疗效果的评估价值。结果放疗有效组血清miR-330-3p相对表达量低于放疗无效组,血清miR-451相对表达量高于放疗无效组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清miR-330-3p相对表达量与食管癌患者放疗效果呈负相关,血清miR-451相对表达量与其放疗效果呈正相关(P<0.05);血清miR-330-3p相对表达量是食管癌患者放疗无效的独立保护因素,血清miR-451相对表达量是其独立危险因素(P<0.05);血清miR-330-3p、miR-451水平及联合检测评估患者放疗无效的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.694、0.728、0.856;血清miR-330-3p、miR-451高水平患者放疗无效是低水平的0.492倍、2.539倍。结论血清miR-330-3p、miR-451水平与食管癌患者放疗效果关系密切,其联合检测可为评估患者放疗无效提供有效参考。Objective To explore the value of combined detection of serum microRNA-330-3p(miR-330-3p)and microRNA-451(miR-451)levels in evaluating the effect of radiotherapy in the patients with esophageal cancer.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 131 patients with esophageal cancer.These patients were divided into two groups based on the effectiveness of radiotherapy:the effective radiotherapy group and the ineffective radiotherapy group.The levels of serum miR-330-3p and miR-451 were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between serum miR-330-3p and miR-451 levels and the effectiveness of radiotherapy in the patients with esophageal cancer was analyzed,as well as the evaluation value of serum miR-330-3p and miR-451 levels for the effectiveness of radiotherapy in the patients with esophageal cancer.Results The relative expression level of serum miR-330-3p in the effective radiotherapy group was lower than that in the ineffective radiotherapy group,while the relative expression level of serum miR-451 was higher than that in the ineffective radiotherapy group,showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The relative expression level of serum miR-330-3p was negatively correlated with the radiotherapy effect in the patients with esophageal cancer,while the relative expression level of serum miR-451 was positively correlated with the radiotherapy effect in the patients with esophageal cancer(P<0.05).The relative expression level of serum miR-330-3p was an independent protective factor for ineffective radiotherapy in the patients with esophageal cancer,while the relative expression level of serum miR-451 was an independent risk factor(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of serum miR-330-3p,miR-451 levels and combined detection for evaluating the ineffective radiotherapy of patients were 0.694,0.728,and 0.856,respectively.The patients with high levels of serum miR-330-3p and miR-451 were 0.492 times and 2.539 times more likely to have ineffective radiotherapy than the patients with low levels.C
