摘　　要：目的探讨针刺联合芍药甘草汤离子导入治疗脑卒中后眼睑痉挛的效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年10月于牡丹江医科大学附属第二医院眼科、牡丹江医科大学附属红旗医院眼科就诊的80例脑卒中后眼睑痉挛患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例)。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在此基础上,采取针刺联合芍药甘草汤离子导入治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、肢体运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、起效时间与疗效持续时间。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的各项中医证候积分低于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组,FMA、ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的起效时间短于对照组,持续时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合芍药甘草汤离子导入治疗脑卒中后眼睑痉挛的临床疗效显著,便于改善临床症状,提高日常生活能力。Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with Shaoyao Gancao Decoction iontophoresis in the treatment of blepharospasm after stroke.Methods Eighty patients with blepharospasm after stroke who were treated in the Department of Ophthalmology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical University and Department of Ophthalmology,Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Shaoyao Gancao Decoction iontophoresis on the basis of routine treatment.Clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score,activity of daily living(ADL)score,onset time and duration of efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the NIHSS scores were lower than those of the control group,and the FMA and ADL scores were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The onset time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the duration was longer,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Shaoyao Licorice Decoction has significant clinical effect in the treatment of blepharospasm after stroke,which is convenient to improve clinical symptoms and improve daily living ability.
