眼球生物学参数与儿童、青少年屈光状态的相关性分析

摘  要:目的探讨眼球生物学参数与儿童、青少年屈光状态的相关性。方法将100例儿童、青少年作为研究对象,以等效球镜度数(SE)为标准分为A组(近视,42例)、B组(正视,36例)、C组(远视,22例)。三组均进行屈光测试及眼球生物学参数测量。比较三组眼球生物学参数[眼轴长度(AL)、角膜曲率半径(CR)、眼轴长度与角膜曲率半径比值(AL/CR)、角膜直径(WTW)、中央角膜厚度(CCT)],并分析屈光状态与眼球生物学参数的相关性。结果A组AL、CR、AL/CR、WTW、CCT分别为(24.37±0.86)mm、(7.74±0.11)mm、(3.15±0.12)、(11.92±10.27)mm、(559.16±31.05)μm,B组分别为(23.21±0.61)mm、(7.80±0.14)mm、(2.98±0.05)、(11.92±0.38)mm、(559.46±31.24)μm,C组分别为(22.79±0.71)mm、(7.87±0.10)mm、(2.90±0.06)、(11.92±0.41)mm、(559.21±31.12)μm;三组WTW、CCT对比无显著差异(P>0.05);三组AL、CR、AL/CR对比差异有意义(P<0.05),A组AL、AL/CR>B组>C组,C组CR>B组>A组。儿童和青少年的SE与AL、AL/CR呈负相关(r=-0.245、-0.268,P<0.05),与CR呈正相关(r=0.315,P<0.05)。结论儿童和青少年屈光状态与AL、CR、AL/CR均存在相关性,因此,对近视的发生和发展监测有重要的临床价值。Objective To explore the correlation between biological parameters of eyeball and refractive status of children and adolescents.Methods 100 children and adolescents as study subjects were divided into group A(myopia,42 cases),group B(normal eyesight,36 cases)and group C(farsightedness,22 cases)according to spherical equivalent(SE).Refractive test and biological parameters of eyeball were measured in all three groups.Comparison of biological parameters of eyeball[axial length(AL),corneal radius(CR),axial length to corneal radius ratio(AL/CR),white-to-white(WTW),central corneal thickness(CCT)]among the three groups;analysis of the correlation between refractive status and biological parameters of eyeball.Results In group A,AL,CR,AL/CR,WTW and CCT were(24.37±0.86)mm,(7.74±0.11)mm,(3.15±0.12),(11.92±10.27)mm and(559.16±31.05)μm,those in group B were(23.21±0.61)mm,(7.80±0.14)mm,(2.98±0.05),(11.92±0.38)mm and(559.46±31.24)μm,and those in group C were(22.79±0.71)mm,(7.87±0.10)mm,(2.90±0.06),(11.92±0.41)mm and(559.21±31.12)μm.There were no significant differences in WTW and CCT among the three groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in AL,CR and AL/CR among the three groups(P<0.05),AL and AL/CR in group A>group B>group C,CR in group C>group B>group A.SE of children and adolescents was negatively correlated with AL and AL/CR(r=-0.245,-0.268;P<0.05),and positively correlated with CR(r=0.315,P<0.05).Conclusion The refractive status of children and adolescents is correlated with AL,CR and AL/CR,so it has important clinical value to monitor the occurrence and development of myopia.
