数字化艺术疗愈的心理影响量化分析及策略研究

摘  要:通过情绪量表进行比较和数据分析,研究远程艺术疗愈绘画、虚拟现实(VR)艺术体验以及艺术疗愈应用程序(App)等多种介入形式对缓解学生焦虑的有效性。结果表明,VR艺术体验效果最为显著,其次是远程艺术疗愈绘画、艺术疗愈应用程序(App)的利用。提出针对疗愈环境、疗愈个体、疗愈媒介以及学生需求几个层面的艺术疗愈改进策略,为高校心理健康教育提供新的视角与方法,为数字化艺术疗愈的进一步研究和应用提供了实证基础。Through the comparison and data analysis of mood scales,the effectiveness of various intervention forms such as remote art therapy painting,virtual reality(VR)art experience and art therapy application(App)n alleviating students'anxiety was studied.The results show that the effect of VR art experience is the most signifi cant,followed by the use of remote art healing painting and art healing application(App).This paper proposes four improvement strategies for art therapy at four levels:healing environment,healing individual,healing medium and students'needs,which provides a new perspective and method for mental health education in colleges and universities,and provides an empirical basis for further research and application of digital art therapy.
