摘 要:随着分布式新能源的接入,配电网的潮流分布与故障特性显著复杂化,导致继电保护动作延迟,配电网电压波动加剧,难以达到预期的优化性能。因此,进行了分布式新能源并网后继电保护算法研究。以最小化所有主保护装置在近区与远区故障中的总动作时间为目标,设计目标函数,综合考虑配电网时间拨码整定、差值整定及保护动作时间等约束条件,构建多源数据继电保护定值优化模型。采用经验模态分解算法对多源数据进行精细分解,作为模型输入,并引入海鸥算法作为控制算法,实现继电保护定值的自适应优化。实验结果显示,采用该方法后,继电保护动作时间被有效控制在2s以内,配电网电压标幺值接近理想值1,电压波动显著减少,验证了设计方法的优越性和有效性,展现了控制算法在提升配电网运行稳定性和可靠性方面的显著特色与亮点。With the integration of distributed renewable energy,the power flow distribution and fault characteristics of distribution networks have become significantly more complex.This has led to delayed relay protection actions,increased voltage fluctuations,and challenges in achieving optimal performance.To address these issues,a study was conducted on relay protection algorithms for distribution networks with integrated distributed renewable energy.Aiming to minimize the total action time of all primary protection devices during near-and far-end faults,an objective function was designed.The optimization model considers constraints such as time-dial settings,differential settings,and protection action time in distribution networks,constructing a multi-source data-based relay protection fixed value optimization model.The empirical mode decomposition algorithm was employed to finely decompose multi-source data as input to the model,and the seagull algorithm was introduced as a control algorithm to achieve adaptive optimization of relay protection settings.Experimental results showed that this method effectively controlled relay protection action time to within 2 seconds,brought the distribution network voltage per-unit value close to the ideal value of 1,and significantly reduced voltage fluctuations.These outcomes validated the superiority and effectiveness of the proposed method,highlighting the distinctive features and strengths of the control algorithm in enhancing the operational stability and reliability of distribution networks.
