多分裂电力线激光点云去噪及加密方法研究

摘  要:激光扫描技术采集多分裂电力线激光点云时噪点多且局部密度不足,自动化滤波方法无法有效识别导线间的噪点,需要大量补飞提高点云密度和完整性。本文主要研究多分裂电力线激光点云噪点剔除和加密算法,通过对多分裂电力线点云进行切片,并利用聚类算法找到各电力线的中心点,基于最小二乘法对电力线进行悬链线拟合,再根据电力线点云与拟合电力线的空间距离分类出噪点,构建顾及电力线弯曲度的点云样本,对点云密度不足区域自动加密。通过点云去噪情况和加密点精度分析表明,提出的去噪和加密方法效率高、精度可靠。When laser scanning technology is used to collect laser point clouds of multiple split power lines,there are many noise points and insufficient local density.Automated filtering methods cannot effectively identify noise points between wires,and a large amount of supplementary flying is needed to improve point cloud density and integrity.This article mainly studies the noise removal and encryption algorithm of laser point cloud for multi split power lines.By slicing the multi split power line point cloud and using clustering algorithm to find the center points of each power line,the power line is fitted with a catenary based on the least squares method.Then,the noise is classified based on the spatial distance between the power line point cloud and the fitted power line,and a point cloud sample considering the curvature of the power line is constructed,Automatically add points to areas with insufficient point cloud density.The analysis of point cloud denoising and encryption point accuracy shows that the denoising and encryption methods proposed in this paper are efficient and reliable in accuracy.
