摘 要:以河北华电丰宁生物质沼气综合利用项目为例,阐述了干湿耦合厌氧发酵制气技术的应用,介绍了该项目的核心工艺及主要建设情况,同时分析了该项目的物料平衡及实施的重要意义。该项目发电装机容量为1.2MW,采用两台发电装机功率为600 kW的沼气热电联产机组,设计年可处理养殖废弃物4.75万t、农作物秸秆2920 t,年产沼气量为438万m^(3),年发电量为900万k Wh,年产固态生物有机肥为1.4万t;结合了车库式干发酵及CSTR湿发酵技术,可以有效处理堆积态的农业废弃物和流动态的养殖粪污类农业废弃物,对不同状态的厌氧发酵原料有较强的接纳性。作为中国首例干湿耦合厌氧发酵制气技术在生物质沼气领域的应用,该项目可以助力乡村振兴与人居环境整治、推动农业农村绿色生态循环,在资源化处理农业废弃物的同时还能实现年减排二氧化碳约3万t。该项目对不同状态的农业废弃物原料有较好的适应性,通过厌氧发酵沼液内循环的方式实现了系统沼液零排放,可为中国生物质沼气产业提供1种创新性农业废弃物资源化处理模式。This paper takes the Hebei Huadian Fengning biomass biogas comprehensive utilization project as an example to elaborates on the application of dry-wet coupled anaerobic fermentation digestion technology,introduces the core process and main construction situation of the project,and analyzes the material balance and implementation significance of the project.The installed power generation capacity of this project is 1.2 MW,using two biogas CHP units with an installed power of 600 kW.It is designed to process 47500 t of livestock waste and 2920 t of crop straw annually,with an annual biogas production of 4.38×10^(6) m^(3),an annual power generation capacity of 9×10^(6)kWh,and an annual production of 14000 t of solid bio organic fertilizer.By combining garage style dry fermentation and CSTR wet fermentation technology,it can effectively treat accumulated agricultural waste and dynamic livestock manure agricultural waste,and has strong acceptance for different states of anaerobic fermentation materials.As the first application of dry-wet coupled anaerobic fermentation digestion technology in the field of biomass biogas in China,this project can help rural revitalization and improve the living environment,promote green ecological cycles in agriculture and rural areas,and achieve an annual reduction of about 30000 t of CO_(2) emissions while resourceful treating agricultural waste.This project has good adaptability to agricultural waste raw materials in different states,and achieves zero discharge of system biogas slurry through anaerobic fermentation and internal circulation of biogas slurry.It can provide an innovative agricultural waste resource treatment mode for China's biomass biogas industry.
