摘 要:变速水泵水轮机具有适用水头范围宽、调节性能优越的优势。在当前研究趋势下,探究变速机组外特性等特征愈发重要。因此,研究了变速水泵水轮机在水轮机工况下的线性变速和贝塞尔曲线变速两种过程,分析不同变速方式下机组内部的流态变化、涡结构和压力脉动特性等。结果表明,变速过程中转轮叶道间隙存在明显旋涡结构,尾水管内涡带振动频率以低频脉动为主,主要集中在直锥段;贝塞尔曲线变速方法比线性变速方法可明显减小机组的能量损失和压力脉动幅值,有助于改善对内部流态。Variable speed pump turbine has the advantages of wide range of head and superior regulation ance.perform-In the current research,it is becoming increasingly important to explore transient characteristics during variable speed process.This paper discussed two speed changing processes of a pump-turbine operating under turbine conditions:linear speed changing and Bezier curve speed changing.The changes of flow characteristics,vortex structure,and sure pres-pulsation characteristics inside the unit were analyzed under different variable speed methods.The results show that during the variable speed process,significant vortex structures appear in the gap between the rotor blade passages.The vibration frequency of the vortex in the draft tube is mainly controlled by low-frequency pulsations,primarily concentrated in the straight conical section.Compared to linear speed control methods,the Bezier curve speed control method cantly signifi-can reduce energy loss and pressure pulsation amplitude of the unit significantly,which is helpful for improving ternal in-flow phenomena.
