当代敬业精神的理论渊源、内在要求和时代价值

摘　　要：敬业精神是公民对待生产劳动和职业活动的根本价值态度。当代敬业精神的理论渊源来自于中华优秀传统文化中的敬业精神,马克思主义敬业精神是当代敬业精神的理论基石,中国化马克思主义敬业精神是我国当代敬业精神理论的最直接来源,也是我国当代敬业精神核心价值的鲜明体现。当代敬业精神的内在要求是为人民服务的根本宗旨、劳动至上的价值原则、精益求精的工作态度、追求卓越的创新意识和甘于奉献的高尚品格。敬业精神的时代价值鲜明地表现在个人层面上是能够激励个人事业成功,促进实现自我价值;表现在社会层面上是能够助力社会财富积累,推动社会向前发展;表现在国家层面上是有助于推进中国式现代化,实现中华民族伟大复兴。Professional dedication is the fundamental value attitude of citizens towards productive labor and professional activities.The theoretical sources of contemporary professional dedication comes from the spirit of dedication in excellent traditional Chinese culture and its theoretical foundation is the Marxist spirit of dedication.The professional dedication spirit of Chinese Marxism is the most direct source of contemporary professional dedication theory in China,and is a clear manifestation of the core values of contemporary professional dedication in China.The inherent requirements of contemporary professional dedication are the fundamental purpose of serving the people,the value principle of putting labor first,the work attitude of striving for excellence,the innovative consciousness of pursuing excellence,and the noble character of being willing to contribute.The times value of professional dedication is vividly reflected in inspiring personal career success and promoting the realization of self-worth at the individual level,accumulating social wealth and promoting the development of society at the social level,and helping promote Chinese path to modernization and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation at the national level.
