摘 要:为更好地提升体育硕士研究生培养质量,通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法梳理了体育类硕士研究生任务驱动型培养模式的概念、理论基础及构成要素。研究指出,体育硕士研究生任务驱动型培养模式,是以发展学生学术能力为主线,通过相关任务设置,以一种主动建构的干预方式,有目的、有步骤、有针对性地引导体育类研究生成长的教导范式。建构主义理论和群体动力理论指出了他们进行知识学习和创造中的要义,成为支撑体育硕士研究生任务驱动型培养模式行之有效的理论基础。体育硕士研究生任务驱动型培养模式有导师、学生与团队3大参与主体,任务设置与实施、学生执行、导师指引、团队参与的4大内容与活动。其中,导师、学生、师门团队成员作为交融一体的执行主体,通过对任务的建构、实施与反馈调整,影响体育硕士研究生在学术能力、运动技能、社会适应能力方面的发展。研究建议,改善任务设计,创新优质合理的任务驱动培养模式;加强导师在培养中的调控,增强指导的实效性;激发学生内在动力,培养科研主观能动性;发挥团队机制,注重多主体之间的学术及情感交流。To better enhance the quality of training for master's degree students in physical education,this paperthrough the methods of literature review and logical analysis,sorts out the concept,theoretical basis,and constituent elements of the task-driven training model for master's degree students in physical education.The research points out that the task-driven training model for master's degree students in physical education is a teaching paradigm that takes the development of students'academic abilities as the main line,and through the setting of relevant tasks,uses an active construction intervention method to guide the growth of students in physical education in a purposeful,step-by-step and targeted manner.Constructivist theory and group dynamics theory point out the key points in their knowledge learning and creation,which become the theoretical basis for the effective implementation of the task-driven training model for master's degree students in physical education.The task-driven training model for master's degree students in physical education has three major participants:mentors,students,and teams,and four major contents and activities:task setting and implementation,student execution,mentor guidance,and team participation.Among them,mentors,students,and team members of the academic school as an integrated execution subject,through the construction,implementation and feedback adjustment of tasks,influence the development of master's degree students in physical education in terms of academic ability,sports skills and social adaptability.The research suggests improving task design,innovating high-quality and reasonable task-driven training models;strengthening the regulation of mentors in training to enhance the effectiveness of guidance;stimulating students'internal motivation to cultivate their subjective initiative in scientific research;and giving full play to the team mechanism,paying attention to academic and emotional exchanges among multiple subjects.
