摘　　要：苏联和俄罗斯科学院院士、“百科全书式”哲人科学家莫伊谢耶夫创造性地提出了人与生物圈“共同进化”的思想,其核心观点就是“智慧圈”学说。“智慧圈”学说是一个极具深度和广度的理论,它主要强调人类与自然界、社会与技术之间的和谐共生与共同进化,倡导全球合作与共同发展。莫伊谢耶夫“共同进化”思想影响深远,为人类全球发展的统一战略提供了重要的理论支撑和实践指导。N.N.Moiseyev,an Academician of the Soviet Union and the Russian Academy of Sciences and an“encyclopedic”philosopher-scientist,creatively proposed the concept of“co-evolution”between humanity and the biosphere,the core of which lies in the doctrine of the“noosphere”.The“noosphere”doctrine is a profound and far-reaching theory,emphasizing harmonious symbiosis and co-evolution among humanity,nature,society,and technology,while advocating for global cooperation and shared development.N.N.Moiseyev’s“co-evolution”theory has had a profound impact,providing crucial theoretical support and practical guidance for a unified global development strategy and offering valuable insights for the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
