摘  要:在家具制造业的精进发展中,打磨工仍是难以完全被机器取代的环节。高强度作业导致打磨工人易患职业性肌肉骨骼疾患(WMSDs),因此,对人体疲劳进行评估研究至关重要。文章采用脑电图(EEG)技术,分析不同姿势及连续作业对脑力疲劳的影响。同时,通过用户需求调研,运用李克特量表法提炼需求,指导产品设计实践。以期提升家具制造行业打磨工人的生产效率,降低工伤事故的发生概率,保障工人的安全健康。In the development of furniture manufacturing industry,grinders are still difficult to be completely replaced by machines.High intensity work leads to occupational musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs)in sanders,so it is important to evaluate their fatigue.The effects of different postures and continuous work on mental fatigue were analyzed by electroencephalogram(EEG)technique.At the same time,through the investigation of user needs,the use of Likert scale to extract the needs,to guide the practice of product design.In order to improve the production efficiency of grinding workers in the furniture manufacturing industry,reduce the probability of industrial accidents,and protect the safety and health of workers.
