摘 要:随着以互联网为代表的科技革命和产业变革深入发展,数字化、网络化、智能化日益成为驱动和引领经济社会发展的重要力量,对数据的运用和对数据要素价值的发掘成为数字经济活动的最鲜明特点。随着数据要素作用越来越突出,充分研究数据对经济增长的作用机制和作用大小,对科学评估数据要素价值具有十分重要的意义。本文从探讨数据要素的内涵特征入手,在一个假设有研究部门、中间部门、最终部门和家庭等四个部门的经济体中,利用罗默模型构建包含数据要素的生产模型,分析了数据要素在不同部门的作用机理和在生产中的作用大小,为数据要素在数字经济中的价值评估问题提供了一个新的研究路径。同时,也提出了该方法在微观、中观、宏观层面评估数据要素价值的运用价值和方法,并提出了进一步推动数据要素参与生产、创造价值的建议。The technological revolution and industrial transformation represented by the Internet have been developed in depth.Digitalization,networking and intelligence are increasingly becoming important forces driving and leading economic and social development,and the application of data and the exploration of the value of data elements have become the most distinctive features of digital economic activities.As the value and role of data elements become more and more prominent,in-depth research on the role mechanism of data elements in economic growth is of great significance to scientifically assessing the value of data elements.This article first explores the connotation characteristics of data elements and makes an economic hypothesis with four sectors,namely research department,intermediate department,final department and family.A production model containing the effect of data elements was constructed using the Romer model.The mechanism and size of the function of data elements in different departments were analyzed.This study provides a new path to explore the value assessment method of data elements in the digital economy.In addition,through this study,it also provides suggestions for evaluating the value of data elements at a more macro level.
