摘　　要：在全球经济新趋势和新一轮科技革命带来新机遇的外部环境下,发展新质生产力成为必然选择,新质生产力的培育与发展拓宽了资产评估的服务领域,也对资产评估提出了更高的要求。立足新质生产力的内涵,资产评估能够在优化资源配置、提高资源利用率、有效降低风险和实现经济的可持续发展方面促进新质生产力发展。为了更好地应对新质生产力带来的要求,资产评估应转变服务观念与竞争观念、关心关注未来产业的新诉求,明确资产评估适应新质生产力的着力点,不断提升资产评估服务水平和实现行业高质量发展。资产评估行业应探索建立健全完善的支持体系和保障体系,合力推动资产评估技术创新,强化人才队伍建设以及人机协同等方式以应对新质生产力提出的价值评估服务新需求,推动资产评估行业以更高质量的价值评估服务为新质生产力发展强力赋能。本文的研究是对资产评估在新质生产力发展中作用的有益探索,能够为资产评估应对新质生产力带来的机遇与挑战提供借鉴与参考。Under the external environment of new trends in the global economy and new opportunities brought about by a new round of scientific and technological revolution,the development of new productive forces has become an inevitable choice,and the cultivation and development of new productive forces have broadened the service field of asset appraisal and put forward higher requirements for asset appraisal.Based on the connotation of new productivity,asset appraisal can promote the development of new productivity in terms of optimizing resource allocation,improving resource utilization,effectively reducing risks and realizing sustainable economic development.In order to better cope with the new requirements brought by the new quality productivity,asset appraisal should change the concept of service and competition,pay attention to the new demands of the future industry,define the focus point of asset appraisal to adapt to the new quality productivity,and continuously improve the quality of asset appraisal service and realize the high-quality development of the industry.The asset valuation industry should explore ways to establish a sound and complete support system and guarantee system,jointly promote the technological innovation of asset valuation,strengthen the construction of talents and human-machine synergy in order to respond to the new demand for valuation services put forward by the new quality productivity,and to promote the asset valuation industry to empower the development of the new quality productivity with higher-quality valuation services.The research in this paper is a useful exploration of the role of asset valuation in the development of new quality productivity,which can provide reference for asset valuation to cope with the opportunities and challenges brought by new quality productivity.
