摘  要:朋辈榜样人物对于大学生具有特殊的示范引领作用,充分利用榜样资源开展德育工作和实施职业生涯规划,有利于实现大学生“知情意行”协调发展的育人目标。本文基于扎根理论研究方法,以一则典型性的朋辈榜样个案为例,笔者对榜样人物及同校学生进行了访谈,揭示了朋辈榜样效应的形成机理,并据此提出营造有利于榜样诞生及尊崇榜样的校园环境、建立深度挖掘梳理榜样案例的宣传机制、增强榜样学生再教育机制、构筑有利于发挥榜样作用培育的校园人文体系等相关建议。Peer role models play a uniquely influential guiding force on college students.Effectively leveraging these role model resources for moral education and career planning facilitates the holistic development of students'“informed intentions and actions.”Drawing on grounded theory and using a representative case of a peer role model,this study conducted interviews with both the exemplary individual and other students from the same institution.The research reveals the underlying mechanisms of the peer role model effect and,based on these findings,proposes several recommendations:fostering a campus environment conducive to the emergence and reverence of role models;establishing a robust publicity mechanism for discovering and curating exemplary cases;strengthening continued education and development for peer role models;and building a campus cultural system that supports the cultivation and effectiveness of role models.
