摘　　要：药物化学专论是药学专业研究生的一门重要课程,旨在培养高素质药学人才,在“授人以渔”的过程中引导学生树立正确的人生观和价值观。药物化学专论课程紧跟新时代医药发展需求,在课堂中融入思政元素,进行课程思政建设,采用案例-信息-专题-实验-研讨“五位一体”的教学手段将家国情怀、社会主义核心价值观、职业道德与专业知识进行内在融合。通过提高课程思政教育质量,达到知识传授、能力培养和价值塑造的育人目标,为药学专业研究生人才培养和课程教学发展提供启示。Pharmaceutical Chemistry Monographs is a core course for graduate students majoring in pharmacy.It aims to cultivate high-quality pharmaceutical professionals and guide students in establishing correct outlooks on life and values through the‘teaching a man to fish’approach.Aligned with the evolving demands of the pharmaceutical field in the new era,the course integrates ideological and political education by incorporating patriotic sentiments,core socialist values,and professional ethics into disciplinary knowledge.This is achieved through a comprehensive‘five-in-one’pedagogical model comprising case studies,information analysis,thematic discussions,laboratory experiments,and academic seminars.By enhancing the quality of ideological education within the course,the model effectively promotes the triple educational goals of knowledge transmission,skill development,and value formation.It provides valuable insights for graduate-level pharmacy education and curriculum development.
