京津冀国家重点生态功能区生态产品价值时空演变研究

摘　　要：测度和分析国家重点生态功能区生态产品价值的时空演变特征,对于完善生态产品价值实现机制具有重要作用。论文通过构建指标体系,选取京津冀代表性国家重点生态功能区进行生态产品价值核算,并运用莫兰指数从生态产品价值空间总体格局、生态产品价值空间演变两个方面分析生态产品价值空间相关性和局部关联性。研究结果显示:(1)价值量较高的生态产品分别是局部气候调节、水源涵养和农产品;(2)价值量较低的生态产品分别是渔产品、淡水资源和生物质能;(3)2012—2021年,研究区域总价值和调节服务价值在总体上均呈现增长趋势,但存在一定范围的波动;调节服务价值在生态产品总价值中起主要影响作用;(4)各生态功能区总价值量整体上呈现空间正向相关,但是功能区之间有着明显的差异。Measuring and analyzing the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of the value of ecological products in national key ecological functional areas plays an important role in improving the value realization mechanism of ecological products.In this paper,an index system was constructed to calculate the value of ecological products in the representative national key ecological functional areas of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Moran’s index was used to analyze the spatial correlation and local correlation of ecological product value from two aspects:the overall spatial pattern of ecological product value and the spatial evolution analysis of ecological product value.The results showed that:(1)The ecological products with high value were local climate regulation,water conservation and agricultural products.(2)The ecological products with low value are fishery products,freshwater resources and biomass energy.(3)During 2012-2021,the total value of the study area and the value of the regulatory service show an increasing trend on the whole,but there is a certain range of fluctuations;The regulation of service value plays a major role in the total value of ecological products.(4)The total price and quality of each ecological functional area showed a positive spatial correlation on the whole,but there were obvious differences among functional areas.
