精神运动康复结合中医特色技术在恢复期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析精神运动康复结合中医特色技术在恢复期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法选取聊城市第四人民医院于2021年1月至2023年1月收治的124例恢复期精神分裂症患者为研究对象,使用简单随机法将患者分为观察组(62例)、对照组(62例)。2组均接受综合治疗和精神运动康复干预,观察组加用中医特色技术护理。对比2组患者干预前后的症状等情况。结果观察组干预3个月后的简易智力状态检查量表评分,重复性成套神经心理状态测验评分,阳性和阴性症状量表各维度评分,精神分裂症患者生活质量量表各维度评分均优于对照组(P均<0.05),且2组均优于干预前(P均<0.05)。组间复发率和住院率均无统计学差异(P均>0.05),但观察组的再就业率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精神运动康复结合中医特色技术能够促进恢复期精神分裂症患者症状、认知、心理状态和生活质量的改善,且有助于患者重返社会生活。Objective To analyze the application effect of psychomotor rehabilitation combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technique in the convalescent schizophrenic patients.Methods A total of 124 convalescent schizophrenic patients admitted to Liaocheng Fourth People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The subjects were assigned into an observation group(62 cases)and a control group(62 cases)by simple randomization.Both groups received comprehensive treatment and psychomotor rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group was additionally given characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.The symptoms and other indicators of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After 3 months of intervention,the observation group achieved better scores than the control group in the Mini-Mental State Examination,the Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status,the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale,and the Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale(P<0.05).Both groups performed better compared with their respective pre-intervention levels(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in recurrence rate and hospitalization rate between the two groups(P>0.05),but the re-employment rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychomotor rehabilitation combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technique can promote the improvement of symptoms,cognition,psychological status,and quality of life in convalescent patients with schizophrenia,and help patients return to social life.
