摘 要:目的探讨以未治期长短为分级的心理干预与健康教育策略在首发精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法选取聊城市第四人民医院2020年1月至2023年12月收治的180例首发精神分裂症患者纳入研究,以简单随机抽样法分为观察组(90例)和对照组(90例),对照组接受常规心理干预和健康教育,观察组制定以未治期长短为分级依据的心理干预与健康教育策略。比较2组的阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、简明精神科量表(BPRS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)、社会功能缺陷筛查量表(SDSS)评分。结果观察组在干预3个月后PANSS的各维度评分和总分,以及BPRS、HAMA、HAMD、SDSS评分均较对照组更低,ITAQ评分较对照组更高(P均<0.05);2组在干预3个月后的评分均较干预前改善(P均<0.05)。结论以未治期长短为分级依据的首发精神分裂症患者心理干预与健康教育策略有助于改善精神症状和心理状态,且对于患者自知力和治疗态度、社会功能的改善均有益。Objective To explore the application effect of psychological intervention and health education strategy graded by the length of untreated period in patients with first-episode schizophrenia.Methods A total of 180 first-episode schizophrenia patients admitted to Liaocheng Fourth People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were enrolled for the study.They were assigned to an observation group(90 cases)and a control group(90 cases)through simple random sampling.The control group received routine psychological intervention and health education,while the observation group developed the psychological intervention and health education strategy graded by the length of untreated period.The scores of the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD),Insight and Treatment Attitudes Questionnaire(ITAQ),and Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS)were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the observation group had lower scores in dimension scores and total score of the PANSS,lower scores in the BPRS,HAMA,HAMD and SDSS,and higher scores in the ITAQ when compared with the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the scores of both groups improved compared with their respective baseline scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological intervention and health education strategy graded by the length of untreated period can help improve the psychiatric symptoms and psychological status of first-episode schizophrenia patients.Furthermore,it is beneficial for improving the self-awareness,treatment attitude,and social function of patients.
