摘 要:本研究先用α-淀粉酶水溶液对档案及字画进行揭取,再用氯胺T水溶液对档案及字画上残留的α-淀粉酶进行失活实验,并对2种水溶液处理前后纸张的物理性能与结构、国画颜料的色差与光泽度进行测试。结果表明,当α-淀粉酶水溶液质量分数为0.025%~0.200%、处理时间为10~20 min时,档案及字画可被平整揭取,且揭取后的纸张表面光滑,纤维无明显断裂。氯胺T水溶液能有效使纸张中残留的α-淀粉酶失活,在α-淀粉酶的失活处理中,氯胺T水溶液的最优质量分数为1.0%。2种水溶液处理对纸张抗张强度、耐折度、撕裂度、柔软度、白度、pH值、国画颜料的色差与光泽度,均无明显影响。In this research,the use ofα-amylase aqueous solution for the safe removal of starch paste from archives,calligraphy and painting was explored,and the chloramine T aqueous solution was employed to deactivate any residualα-amylase in the archives and calligraphy and painting.The effects of these treatments on the physical properties and chemical structures of paper,as well as the color difference and glossiness of traditional Chinese painting pigments were evaluated.The results showed that when the mass fraction ofα-amylase aqueous solution was 0.025%~0.200%and the treatment time was 10~20 min,the archives,calligraphy and painting could be uncovered flatly,and the paper surface was smooth,and the fibers had no obvious fracture.The chloramine T aqueous solution could effectively deactivate the residualα-amylase in paper,and the optimum mass fraction of chloramine T aqueous solution was 1.0%in the deactivating treatment ofα-amylase.Moreover,2 kinds of aqueous solution treatments had no significant effects on the tensile strength,folding endurance,tearing resistance,softness,whiteness,pH value,color difference and glossiness of the Chinese painting pigments.
