煤矿安全工程专业人才培养浅析

摘　　要：煤矿企业的安全工程专业人才需求有其特殊性,他一方面需求安全生产监督管理人员,另一方面还需要专门防控火灾、爆破、瓦斯和煤尘事故的工程技术人员,这为高等学校安全工程专业人才培养带来困扰,其主要原因是安全工程专业发展过程中的大安全与行业安全的分歧造成的。针对煤矿不同岗位对安全工程专业特殊的人才需求,可以采用分类培养方式来解决,将目前的安全工程专业的服务面向定位于培养安全生产监管人员,针对需要专门工程来治理复杂危险源的行业设置行业类安全工程专业,其服务面向定位于防控特殊危险源的安全工程技术人员。在此基础上通过优化课程体系和加强实战化人才训练为煤矿安全领域培养安全监管和工程技术人才。The demand for safety engineering professionals in coal mining enterprises has its particularity.On the one hand,they require safety production supervision and management personnel,and on the other hand,they also require specialized safety engineering technical personnel for preventing and controlling fires,explosions,gas,and coal dust accidents,which brings trouble to the training of safety engineering professionals in colleges and universities.The main reason is the difference between the great safety and the industry safety in the development of safety engineering.In response to the special talent needs of different positions in coal mines for safety engineering majors,a classified training approach can be adopted to address the current service orientation of safety engineering majors.The current service orientation of safety engineering majors is to cultivate safety production supervision personnel,and industry level safety engineering majors are set up for industries that require specialized engineering to manage complex hazard sources.Their service is aimed at safety engineering technicians who are positioned to prevent and control special hazard sources.On this basis,by optimizing the curriculum system and strengthening practical talent training,we aim to cultivate pillar talents in the field of coal mine safety who can shoulder the heavy responsibility of energy utilization.
