中职学校农产品直播电商人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：通过分析农产品直播电商对人才的需求现状,发现中职学校在农产品直播电商人才培养上所面临的农产品直播电商相关课程不成体系、农产品直播电商课程教师缺乏实战经验、农产品直播电商实训缺乏真实运营环境等困境。有针对性地提出坚持立德树人、思政教育融入课程,紧贴岗位需求、确定人才培养目标,开展多层次实训、夯实职业技能,以竞赛促学习、强技能促提升,以证书为标准、认证职业能力等培养农产品直播电商人才的途径和策略。By analyzing the current situation of the demand for talents in agricultural products live streaming e-commerce,it is found that the dilemmas faced by secondary schools in the training of talents in agricultural products live streaming e-commerce include the lack of a system of agricultural products live streaming e-commerce related courses,the lack of practical experience of agricultural products live streaming e-commerce teachers,and the lack of a real operating environment for agricultural products live streaming e-commerce practical training.This paper puts forward targeted approaches and strategies to cultivate talents of agricultural products live streaming e-commerce,such as adhering to integrate moral education and ideological and political education into the curriculum,keeping close to the job requirements,determining the goal of talent training,carrying out multi-level practical training,consolidating professional skills,promoting learning by competition,strengthening skills to promote improvement,and taking certificates as the standard and certifying professional abilities.
