摘  要:返乡农民工是乡村建设的重要力量,因其生活和工作经历在“一懂二爱”方面具有独特优势。高等学历继续教育具有提高综合素养、提升职业能力和培养创新意识的人才培养功能,是更好地发挥返乡农民工服务乡村振兴作用的必行之策。当前返乡农民工高等学历继续教育由于专业设置、教学形式和内容、师资力量等方面的不足削弱了人才培养功能,需要教育供给主体发挥应有作用。高校提升办学水平、校企展开深度合作共建、政府提供有效政策扶持是提高教育供给质量以服务乡村振兴的必由之路。Returning migrant workers are important forces in rural construction,and they have unique advantages in“understanding agriculture and loving rural areas and farmers”due to their life and work experiences.Higher academic continuing education has the function of talent cultivation to enhance comprehensive quality,improve vocational ability and cultivate innovative consciousness,which is a necessary strategy to play a role in returning rural migrant workers in serving rural revitalization.However,the existing problems of higher academic continuing education for returning migrant workers have weakened its educational function due to deficiencies in professional setting,teaching effect and faculty.Therefore,educational resource providers should play their due role.The way we must take to improve the quality of education supply to serve rural revitalization is to improve educational operation capabilities of universities,to carry out deeper cooperation between universities and enterprises and to provide precise support from government policies.
