摘  要:实现中国式现代化的宏伟目标,提升人口整体素质是关键。作为提升人口素质的重要手段,全民终身教育的地位愈发凸显。在中国式现代化进程中,全民终身教育发展需要适应经济高质量发展与创新人才培养、体现政治导向与公民素养提升、促进文化传承与创新人才培育、保障教育公平与社会和谐稳定、融入生态文明教育与绿色发展理念等方面的要求。而全民终身教育“多维融合”概念的提出,既可以满足社会多元发展需求,又能够促进人的全面发展。通过从技术赋能、制度建设、文化培育、国际互动四个方面探索全民终身教育的多维融合策略,将有力地推动中国式现代化建设的进程。To achieve the ambitious goal of Chinese path to modernization,the key is to improve the overall quality of the population.As important means of improving the quality of the population,the status of lifelong education for all is becoming increasingly prominent.In the process of Chinese path to modernization,the development of lifelong education for all needs to adapt to the requirements of high-quality economic development and innovative talent cultivation,reflect political guidance and the improvement of civic quality,promote cultural inheritance and innovative talent cultivation,ensure educational fairness and social harmony and stability and integrate the concept of ecological civilization education and green development.The concept of“multidimensional integration”in lifelong education for all can meet the diverse development needs of society and promote the comprehensive development of individuals.By exploring the multidimensional integration strategy of lifelong education for all in four aspects,namely technology empowerment,system construction,cultural cultivation and international interaction,it will effectively promote the process of Chinese path to modernization.
