摘 要:本文以胶凝材料中的不同组分作为变量,研究胶凝材料用量、水泥用量、粉煤灰用量、矿粉用量以及硅灰用量对C60剪力墙混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:粉煤灰对于改善混凝土流动性能以及粘度作用显著;硅灰对于改善混凝土粘聚性能作用显著;水泥用量超过400 kg/m^(3)、矿粉用量超过70 kg/m^(3)时,混凝土粘度增加明显,且矿粉用量多会增加混凝土泌水风险。通过单因素梯度变化,确定单因素下混凝土最优性能,最终得到混凝土优化配合比,即胶凝材料用量580 kg/m^(3)、水泥用量400 kg/m^(3)、粉煤灰用量80 kg/m^(3)、矿粉用量70 kg/m^(3)、硅灰用量30 kg/m^(3)。该优化配合比下混凝土初始扩展度710 mm;倒坍时间3.6 s、屈服应力186.9 Pa、塑性粘度95.8 Pa·S,混凝土流动性良好、粘度适中;压力泌水率为0%,混凝土保水性良好;混凝土的7 d和28 d抗压强度分别为63.2 MPa和80.9 MPa,强度增长合理。模拟泵送试验结果表明,泵送过程中,混凝土质量波动小,未出现碎石裸露、静置泌水以及出泵损失等问题,混凝土整体施工性能良好。This article takes different components in the cementitious material as variables to study the effects of the content of cementitious material,cement content,fly ash content,mineral powder content,and silica fume content on the performance of C60 shear wall concrete.The results indicate that fly ash has a significant effect on improving the flowability and viscosity of concrete;silica fume has a significant effect on improving the cohesive properties of concrete;when the cement content exceeds 400 kg/m^(3)and the mineral powder content exceeds 70 kg/m^(3),the viscosity of concrete increases significantly,and the excessive content of mineral powder will increase the risk of concrete bleeding.By using a single factor gradient change,the optimal performance of concrete under a single factor is determined,and the final optimized mix proportion of concrete is obtained,which includes a cementitious material content of 580 kg/m^(3),cement content of 400 kg/m^(3),fly ash content of 80 kg/m^(3),mineral powder content of 70 kg/m^(3),and silica fume content of 30 kg/m^(3).Under optimized mix proportion,the initial slump flow of concrete is 710 mm;the collapse time is 3.6 seconds,the yield stress is 186.9 Pa,and the plastic viscosity is 95.8 Pa·S.The concrete has good flowability and moderate viscosity;the pressure bleeding rate is 0%,and the concrete has good water retention;the compressive strengths of concrete at 7 and 28 days are 63.2 MPa and 80.9 MPa,respectively,indicating a reasonable increase in strength.The simulation pumping test results show that during the pumping process,there is little fluctuation in the quality of the concrete,and there are no problems such as exposed gravel,static bleeding,or pump loss.The overall construction performance of the concrete is good.
