摘  要:以营养健康为导向重塑食物系统对实施健康中国战略具有重大战略意义。当前中国食物系统无法满足中国居民营养健康新要求,这就要求中国食物系统战略任务必须由供给保障逐步转型升级到食物系统的可持续供给与营养健康保障的更高层面,形成食物供给——营养需求——健康促进的更高水平食物系统。为此,从营养健康视角开展中国可持续的食物系统评价,成为中国食物系统转型升级中的重要一环。从已有研究来看,对可持续食物系统的评价主要集中在资源、环境、成本维度,缺乏将营养、健康综合考虑的评价指标探讨。本文探讨了食物系统转型中面临的营养健康问题,系统梳理了中国食物系统转型中营养健康发展目标及国内外食物系统营养健康相关评价指标。本文研究结论指出中国可持续食物系统的重塑必须要以中国居民面临的营养健康问题为导向,从食物结构合理、营养摄入充分、促进生命健康三个方面构建可持续食物系统中营养健康指标评价体系。Reshaping the food system with a focus on nutrition and health is of great strategic significance for im-plementing the Healthy China strategy.The current food system in China cannot meet the new requirements for nu-trition and health of Chinese residents,which requires the strategic task of China's food system to gradually trans-form and upgrade from supply guarantee to a higher level of sustainable supply and nutrition and health guarantee of the food system,forming a higher-level food system that integrates food supply,nutrition demand and health promo-tion.Therefore,conducting an evaluation of China's sustainable food system from the perspective of nutrition and health has become an important part of the transformation and upgrading of China's food system.From existing re-search,the evaluation of sustainable food systems mainly focuses on the dimensions of resources,environment,and cost,lacking exploration of evaluation indicators that comprehensively consider nutrition and health.This article ex-plores the nutritional and health issues faced in the transformation of the food system,and systematically summari-zes the development goals of nutritional and health in China's food system transformation,as well as domestic and foreign evaluation indicators related to nutritional and health in the food system.The research conclusion of this ar-ticle points out that the reshaping of China's sustainable food system must be guided by the nutritional and health is-sues faced by Chinese residents,and construct an evaluation system for nutritional and health indicators in the sus-tainable food system from three aspects:reasonable food structure,sufficient nutrient intake,and the promotion of life and health.
