摘  要:黄粉虫(Tenebrio Molitor)作为一种资源昆虫,其体内含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、壳聚糖、维生素和黄酮类化合物等营养成分,在食品、饲料和生物医药领域具有广泛的应用前景。近年来,黄粉虫多肽的制备及功能性研究受到了广泛关注,黄粉虫多肽具有原始蛋白质和氨基酸所不具备的特定生物学功能,如抗氧化、抗血栓、抗癌等。本文综述了黄粉虫多肽的制备方法及其功能性研究,旨在为黄粉虫多肽的进一步开发和应用提供参考。Tenebrio Molitor,as a resource insect,contains rich nutrients such as proteins,fats,chitin,vitamins,and flavonoids,which present broad application prospects in the fields of food,feed,and biomedicine.In recent years,the preparation and functional research of Tenebrio Molitor peptides have also received extensive attention.These peptides exhibit specific biological functions not present in original proteins and amino acids,such as antioxi-dant,antithrombotic,and anticancer activities.This paper reviews the preparation methods and functional studies of Tenebrio Molitor peptides,aiming to provide a reference for the further development and application of these peptides.
