摘  要:散粮在入仓作业环节所产生的大量粉尘,不仅有爆炸的风险,还会影响劳动者的健康。本研究监测了楼房仓在入仓作业过程中的粉尘浓度。结果表明:在散粮清理环节,卸粮坑中的粉尘浓度达到了221.701 mg/m^(3)。卸粮坑空间相对密闭,御粮时,粮流冲击作用会使卸粮坑内的积尘被激起,导致卸粮坑内粉尘浓度迅速升高。在楼房仓内,粮食落点的粉尘浓度为112.161 mg/m^(3),其余位置粉尘浓度随着距粮食落点距离的增加而逐渐减小,随着高度的上升而逐渐降低。此外,由于清理环节的部分节点和楼房仓内粉尘浓度超出8 mg/m^(3)的作业人员短时间(15 min)接触容许浓度,作业人员在作业时需佩戴自吸过滤式防护颗粒物呼吸器。A significant amount of dust generated during the grain inloading process in bulk grain storage poses not only an explosion risk but also threatens the health of workers.In this study,a dust detector was used to mo-nitor the dust concentration in grain warehousing line.The results showed that the concentration of dust in the un-loading pit reached 221.701 mg/m^(3).The space of the unloading pit is relatively enclosed.When unloading the grain,the impact of the grain flow cause the accumulated dust in the unloading pit to be stirred up,resulting in a rapid increase in the concentration of dust in the unloading pit.In the grain warehouse,the dust concentration at the grain drop point was 112.161 mg/m^(3),and the dust concentration decreased with increasing distance from the grain drop point and with increasing height.In addition,the dust concentration in most parts of grain warehousing line exceeded the permissible concentration for short term(15 min)exposure limits of 8 mg/m^(3) for the operators,so the operators were required to wear self-priming filtering protective particulate respirators during the operation.
