历史城区整体性保护探索——以沙市为例

摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市空间不断扩张,历史城区一度成为被遗忘的地方,其保护与发展面临着诸多矛盾。从历史城区的概念入手,介绍国内外历史城区整体性保护的理念历程,通过对沙市历史城区的演变与特征的分析,提出历史城区整体性保护的策略建议,基于整体价值体系的评估,提出三维层次的具体保护方法。试图为新时期历史城区的整体性保护提供参考。With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the continuous expansion of urban space,the historic city was once a forgotten place,and its protection and development faced many contradictions.Starting from the concept of historic urban areas,this paper introduces the conceptual process of holistic protection of historical urban areas at home and abroad.Through the analysis of the evolution and characteristics of the historical urban area of Shashi City,the strategic suggestions for the overall protection of the historical urban area are proposed.Based on the evaluation of the overall value system,a three-dimensional level of specific protection methods is proposed.It is an attempt to provide a reference for the overall protection of historic urban areas in the new era.
