摘 要:连续梁桥在悬臂浇筑施工中,由于结构体系随着施工进程不断变换,导致结构的受力状态和变形不断变化。当合龙顺序不同时,由结构自重、收缩徐变及预应力次内力引起的最终成桥状态下内力及变形差异较大。以某连续梁桥为工程背景,运用有限元分析软件MIDAS CIVIL从结构自重、收缩徐变及预应力次内力等角度分析了不同的合龙顺序对连续梁桥最终成桥状态下内力及变形的影响规律,并对分析结果进行对比、验证,得出最佳的合龙方案,对该桥合龙施工起到一定的指导作用,也可为其他类似工程提供一定的借鉴。In the construction of continuous beam bridge in cantilever casting,the structural system changes constantly with the construction process,resulting in constant changes in the stress state and deformation of the structure.The internal force and deformation of the final bridge caused by self-weight,shrinkage and creep and prestressing force are different when the order of the bridge is different.Taking a continuous beam bridge as the engineering background,the finite element analysis software MIDAS CIVIL was used to analyze the influence of different closing sequences on the internal forces and deformation of the continuous beam bridge under the final bridge condition from the perspectives of structural dead weight,shrinkage and creep and prestressing force secondary internal forces,etc.By comparing and verifying the analysis results,the optimal closing scheme was obtained.It plays a certain guiding role in the bridge closing construction,and can also provide a certain reference for other similar projects.
